Morgan's Wonderland: More Delightful than Frightful
Fall is in the air, and Halloween is right around the corner.  Brooke Kearney is the Chief Development Officer at Morgan's Wonderland at Morgan's Inclusion Initiative. Here is a copy of her message sent via email earlier today.

It is that time again.  Are we ready to help our currently projected attendance of 2500 children with disabilities and special needs at Morgan's Wonderland on Halloween evening October 31, 2022?  Hopefully the answer is - YES WE ARE!!

We are in need of:
  • Volunteers to work the event  (Non-Scary Costumes)  Please sign up through the online Morgan's Wonderland online portal (information below)
  • Candy Donations
  • Monetary Donations to purchase the Candy and Decorations
If you are a Club in or outside of the San Antonio area and wish to make a monetary donation (We need all we can get), please make out your checks to Morgan's Wonderland (fully deductible) and put in Comments: Candy Donation - Rotary Halloween Night! You can then mail directly to: Morgan's Wonderland - 5223 David Edwards Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78233. Morgan's Wonderland is able to make purchases for Candy !SALES TAX FREE! with the monetary donations our Members give.

This year we will be asking volunteers to fill out their volunteer forms on-line.  Please click on the link and it will take you directly to the form:   https://forms.office.com/r/6WyJG8W0ea.

Our "More Delightful than Frightful" 2022 flyer  will give you directions of when to bring in your donated candy.  If you would like to drop your donations off in the Medical Center instead, Jo Ann Browne will take the donations at her office any day during the week (starting now).  Her office is located at 4926 Research Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78240 and her Cell # is 210-316-5455.
